The WEEE Build STEPP Forward program provides small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in Allegheny County with 100 hours of free training, including workshops, coaching, and peer networking. Upon completion, participants become eligible to apply for micro-grant funding for their business.
STEPP Forward is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
